Tom Monkhose Wins State G1 Championship on Hankook RS3

Tom Monkhouse has taken out the final G1 Drift round with a clean sweep. The team qualified No1 and went on and Won the series deciding Round. This sensational drive has also earn't Tom the South Australian G1 Championship Title for 2011. Tom said "the Hankook RS3 really helped today particularly the final battle which saw the Hankook Tyre out perform the Yokohama car showing more speed which in the end was the difference"! Well Done Tom you truly are the Gun of SA Drift!

Simon Podlewski takes home a bag of trophies and a nice Hankook Tyres cheque after an eventful weekend at the 2011 World Time Attack!

The team thought on Wednesday evening before the following mornings practice session that their outright chances were blown after discovering a problem with the dog-box. The team decided to punch on and fit a standard unknown, wrecking yard gearbox to the race car.

Well, all this did was fire up Simon and he went out on the first session and posted a time that would of won last year!! Everyone's eyes opened and mouths dropped to the floor!!

Russell and Karien Jumping to 1st outright on Dmack Tyres

Dmack tyres had their first outing in Round 2 of the SARC. The annual Robertstown Rally was run and won by local team Russell Marker and Karien Heimsohm in their Subaru WRX. Russell said "the Dmack's were awesome and I am really impressed with the G6 soft compound grip and wear rate". "Turn-in was exceptional and the tyres consistency over the longer stages gave me great confidence to push hard for the outright win and to help me defend my State No.1 Title!" Dmack also finished well on other teams cars that were eager to try the new WRC Spec Tyre finishing 1st, 4th,5th,6th and 7th outright.

DMACK Tyres is celebrating victory in the Production Car WRC (PWRC) on its debut event in the FIA World Rally Championship after Czech driver Martin Semerad used the DMG-ICE tyre to seal a dream start for the new brand in Sweden.

In a double podium result, Martin Prokop secured second place in the S2000 category on DMACK tyres and drivers using DMACK scored a string of fastest stage times over the weekend in both PWRC and S2000 categories.
