Super Cup Drift Mallala has been run and won! After a day of hectic drift racing which witnessed action packed highs and lows from teams from all over Australia saw local drifting star Jarrod Klingberg battle out the final with fello local Hayden Buckham. With two completely different cars making the final battle no one was confident enough to pick a winner. Jarrod in his little turbo Corolla was going to have to be on his toes as we was to be hunted down by Hayden's mighty V8 ute. Both cars on Kenda tyres were awesome to watch but it was Klingberg with a faultless drive took the win.

Tom Monkhouse has taken out the final G1 Drift round with a clean sweep. The team qualified No1 and went on and Won the series deciding Round. This sensational drive has also earn't Tom the South Australian G1 Championship Title for 2011. Tom said "the Hankook RS3 really helped today particularly the final battle which saw the Hankook Tyre out perform the Yokohama car showing more speed which in the end was the difference"! Well Done Tom you truly are the Gun of SA Drift!

Simon Podlewski takes home a bag of trophies and a nice Hankook Tyres cheque after an eventful weekend at the 2011 World Time Attack!

The team thought on Wednesday evening before the following mornings practice session that their outright chances were blown after discovering a problem with the dog-box. The team decided to punch on and fit a standard unknown, wrecking yard gearbox to the race car.

Well, all this did was fire up Simon and he went out on the first session and posted a time that would of won last year!! Everyone's eyes opened and mouths dropped to the floor!!
